As summer draws to a close and college application season kicks off, you might be pondering the value of visiting college campuses. By opting to visit TCU, you'll not only bask in the beauty of our campus but also immerse yourself in the unique experience of being a Horned Frog, a feeling that's truly one of a kind!

When you schedule a visit to our campus, our TCU Ambassadors step up as your personal tour guides. The tour begins with a 30-minute session with a TCU admission counselor, followed by a 90-minute walking tour led by one of our student ambassadors. This personal touch ensures that your visit is informative and enjoyable. For more details and to book your tour, visit the TCU Admission website.

In addition to year-round campus tours, TCU hosts several events throughout the year for our applicants and prospective students to get a preview of what it looks like to be a Horned Frog.

Monday at TCU allows prospective students to learn a little bit more about what TCU has to offer. Students will experience a day in the life of being a Horned Frog as they tour the academic departments and residence halls and attend interest sessions. To reserve a spot for one of our Monday at TCU dates, visit the TCU Admission website. But don't wait too long; these spots fill up fast.

Here are some of our student ambassadors' tips for your campus visit:

  • Schedule a visit that works best for you! You can see dates and times to schedule a tour by visiting the TCU Admission website under the Campus Visit section.
  • Arrive to your tour early! Our team is here to ensure you have a smooth experience. Arriving early will give you time to park and check in before your tour begins. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. You will be walking a lot, so be prepared! If you need specific accessibility accommodations, don't hesitate to inform the admissions team.
  • Come with your questions! When you visit our office, you can talk to TCU admission counselors and ambassadors, who will do everything they can to equip you with the information you need to make the best decision for your college career.

Deciding where you want to apply to college can be challenging, but we hope that by visiting TCU, you can get the clarity you need to know that there is a place for you here!
