One of the reasons I fell in love with TCU was because of the supportive and uplifting
campus community! A big contributor to our community here is the resources that are
available to students to get them the support, guidance, and help they need.
College can be a stressful time, which is why at TCU we value mental health and wellness
and encourage students to find what works for them to help them relax and reset.
There are several on-campus resources that promote wellness and positive mental health
conversations, but here are just a few that are popular with students!
TCU Counseling and Mental Health Center
From individual sessions to peer support resources, the Counseling Center is a great
place for students to invest in their mental well-being and seek guidance from professionals.
This office provides a host of mental health services including online screenings,
psychiatric care, a 24/7 counseling help line, and even has resources specifically
for student athletes. The Counseling Center also hosts events throughout the school
year for students to try different forms of therapy, including an Equine Assisted
Therapy Program that takes place on campus for no additional cost to students! Learn

TCU Campus Recreation and Wellness Promotion
The Campus Recreation Center provides wellness programs related to mental health and
a variety of related topics to help students navigate their college journey as well
as pursue their physical and mental health goals!
FrogLife is a program created by the Campus Recreation and Wellness Promotion Office to support students with their wellness goals and habits. Each month, FrogLife
hosts several wellness workshops focusing on a range of topics including sleep for
success, financial wellness, relaxation techniques, and more!
TCU is so much more than just an enriching educational experience. It's a place that
you get to call home for four years and more than that; it's a family and community
that wants to rally around you and see you succeed inside and outside the classroom.
